PPactline

Terms of service

Last updated 5 November 2026

These terms govern use of Pactline by an agency (the "workspace") and the people it invites. By creating or joining a workspace you agree to them on your own behalf and, if you create the workspace, on behalf of the agency.

The service

Pactline connects work Gmail accounts, organises their email into deals, suggests replies and can send routine replies automatically within limits the workspace configures. The AI can be wrong. The workspace decides which categories may be sent without review, sets the numeric limits, and remains responsible for every email sent from its mailboxes, including those sent automatically.

Your account and workspace

  • Only connect mailboxes you are authorised to connect. Connecting a mailbox gives everyone in the workspace access to its threads unless the mailbox owner restricts visibility.
  • Keep your sign-in method secure. Tell us at once if you suspect unauthorised access.
  • Workspace owners manage members, roles, automations and data deletion for the workspace.

Acceptable use

Do not use Pactline to send unsolicited bulk email, to contact people who asked not to be contacted, to break any law, or to access data you are not entitled to. Pactline enforces per-mailbox daily sending limits and honours "do not contact" flags; those are safeguards, not permissions.

Data

How Pactline handles data is described in the privacy policy. The workspace owns its data. Workspace owners can export it at any time and delete the workspace, which deletes the data.

Availability and support

Pactline is provided as is while in its early-access phase. We aim for high availability and prompt support at support@pactline.app, but do not yet offer a contractual uptime commitment. Gmail, Google Cloud and the AI provider are third-party services; their outages affect Pactline.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Pactline is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of business arising from an email the service sent or failed to send. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending

You can stop using Pactline at any time by disconnecting mailboxes and deleting the workspace. We may suspend access for breach of these terms after notice where practical.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes are announced to workspace owners by email before they take effect. Contact: support@pactline.app.
